Returns Policy
If you wish to return any goods to us, they must be returned in a re-saleable condition, in their full original carton/box, and the range must still be for sale on our website.
If you receive damaged or incorrect tiles, you must inform us within 2 working days from delivery. Please provide clear images while the items are still on the pallet. We will endeavour to send replacements or issue a refund where applicable.
There will be a restocking charge of 10% of the value of the returned goods. The customer is responsible for organising the return of the goods to our distribution warehouse within 30 days of the delivery date.
Refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days following receipt of re-saleable items. We recommend placing the tiles back onto the pallet they were delivered on and securing them tightly to avoid movement during transit.
We also advise taking photographs before wrapping and after wrapping, in case damage is caused during the return transit. Due to batching variations, returns can only be accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original delivery costs are non-refundable.
We require clear images of each damaged tile, or images showing multiple damaged tiles. If the provided images do not clearly illustrate the claimed damages, we may request additional evidence or, in some cases, refuse to provide replacements or refunds until adequate information is supplied.
Once the goods arrive at our warehouse, please email us with proof of delivery, including the date, time, and a signature. This will help speed up the processing of your return.
All returned goods will be inspected. Since many of our tiles are sold individually, the refund amount will be calculated based on the condition and quantity of the returned tiles.
Refunds are only processed once the goods have arrived at our warehouse and have undergone full inspection.
